Hip-Hop icon Roxanne Shanté recently had chart-topping rapper, Saweetie on her ROCK THE BELLS Sirius XM radio show, Have A Nice Day, and the two discussed everything from Saweetie's partnership with Candy Crush Saga to dealing with social media, and the importance of staying grounded.

1. When Saweetie got excited about interviewing with the Roxanne Shanté.

"I feel like I'm gonna drop this phone," she exclaimed.

2. When Saweetie said her grandma is her best friend.

"My grandma calls me all the time and be like, 'Baby, you better stay sweet. Don't let this industry get you.' She's one of my best friends, so I'm glad I have her to keep me grounded."

3. When Roxanne Shanté declared Saweetie genuinely sweet.

"I've always looked at you and said I can see the sweetness in and out. A lot of female MCs, as their careers start to flourish, they start to change their brand into something that's not so sweet... But you've become that sweetie pie for us."

4. When Saweetie said she rode around with her dad, listening to 2Pac.

"I was definitely passenger princess to my daddy. I loved when he played 2Pac, ain't but a gangsta party ["2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted"]. He's a big 2Pac fan. I'm a west coast girl, so a lot of 2Pac was played in my house.

5. When Saweetie said she's happy to exist social media-free.

"There are certain days where if social media has become too much, I won't log on at all unless I have to do something work-related. When I took last year off to focus on my music, it took away the need for me to be on social media, so I can exist without having to check my apps. I'm so happy to have reached that point."
