Ready To Die has been certified 6 times platinum and is revered as one of the greatest Hip-Hop albums in history, restoring New York rap to prominence at a time when west coast releases were dominant. Apple Music hailed the album as one of the best 100 of all time, and Rolling Stone declared it number one on their list of the 200 greatest Hip-Hop albums of all time.
