The soundtrack for the new House Party reboot is now available. At 14 songs, the soundtrack features new music from artists including 2 Chainz, August 08, Kent Jamz & Buddy, and more but also includes classic goodies from Juvenile, Montell Jordan, YG and Nipsey Hussle, Soul II Soul, and more.

Directed by Calmatic and produced by LeBron James and Maverick Carter, the reboot was written by Atlanta writers, Jamal Olori and Stephen Glover, and stars Tosin Cole (Till), Jacob Latimore (The Chi), Karen Obilom, D.C. Young Fly, and a special appearance from Kid Cudi playing an exaggerated version of himself.

The original film, directed and written by Reginald Hudlin was released in 1990 and is a widely considered classic, propelling its stars, Kid n' Play to mainstream recognition. The original film also starred Robin Harris, Martin Lawrence, Tisha Campbell, Full Force, and AJ Johnson. Last December it was added to the National Film Registry.
