The wildly popular Verzuz platform continues to evolve. On 3/23, Verzuz announced an upcoming Gospel themed Easter show with Mary Mary vs BeBe and CeCe Winans. There are also Mother’s Day, Memorial Day and Juneteenth specials scheduled. The platform, which flourished during the Covid 19 pandemic, shared the news via its social media.

An “808 Day” in partnership with Roland and a first ever “Label Matchup” are scheduled, as well. To drum up anticipation, the names on the promo materials are blurred out of every listing except the aforementioned Easter special. Verzuz also announced in a separate posting a “Fight Night Music” Boxing Special scheduled for Saturday May 14th with Onyx vs Cypress Hill.

Verzuz continues to entertain beyond quarantine.
