Only a week after Aaliyah’s catalog made its debut on streaming services, her longtime collaborator Timbaland re-released his discography on Spotify and Apple Music.
Background Records 2.0, responsible for the return of Aaliyah’s catalog last Friday, has re-released four of Timbo’s albums that were unavailable on streaming platforms for the last few years. The albums include the producer’s debut effort, Tim’s Bio: Life from da Bassment, as well as his three collab projects with close collaborator Magoo, Welcome to Our World, Incident Proposal, and 2004’s Under Construction, Part II.
Timbo celebrated the return of his classic records on Instagram, posting a video and writing, “What y’all know about that timbo. Now streaming !!!!!!!! We finally here!!!!”
