Last year Master P and Snoop Dogg signed a distribution deal with Post for Snoop Cereal and Broadus Foods. "We are talking about diversity and changing the game and I think it's incredible," Master P said at the time.

Snoop Dogg and Master P have accused Walmart of shelving their cereal away from the main floor. In a lawsuit filed earlier this week, Snoop and P accuse the retailer of intentionally concealing their product.

"Walmart values our relationships with our suppliers, and we have a strong history of supporting entrepreneurs," Walmart told TMZ. "Many factors affect the sales of any given product, including consumer demand, seasonality, and price to name a few. We will respond as appropriate with the Court once we are served with the complaint."

Benjamin Crump, the attorney for Snoop and Master P filed documents on yesterday (2/6) alleging that Walmart and Post conspired together to bury Broadus Foods after agreeing to a partnership. The suit alleges that Post first attempted to buy out Snoop and Master P, and later pretended to share their vision by adopting their cereal as one of theirs.

Broadus Foods contends that Post should position Snoop Cereal beside their other top sellers, but that Post agreed to the deal only to shut them completely out of the market.
