Lil' Wayne, Mia X And Master P Amongst 50 People To Appear On The New Orleans Walk Of Fame

The city of New Orleans and entertainment mogul Master P held a groundbreaking ceremony today (11/26) for the NOLA Walk of Fame to honor 50 influential people in the city. Lil' Wayne, Master P, Mia X, Aaron Neville, Big Freedia, and Carl Weathers are amongst those receiving plaques along Canal Street. The idea originates with entertainment mogul Master P, who has been named by Mayor LaToya Cantrell as the official entertainment ambassador of the city.

Mia X posted on IG earlier today, "I'm still overwhelmed but so grateful. Thank you for bringing your vision to life Master P. I'm happy to be honored with the first 50 New Orleanians, and look forward to seeing the remaining 4 miles of Canal Street lined with the trailblazers of New Orleans entertainers, athletes, activists. political leaders, and entrepreneurs.
