The new Marvel comic, Days Of Doom pays homage to the late MF DOOM with a quote from the opening lines of "Accordion" from his 2004 collaborative project, Madvillainy with Madlib.

The line "Livin' on borrowed time, the clock ticks faster" is used in the Sanford Greene and Jonathan Hickman penned comic. Greene told Rock The Bells, "I thought it would be cool to give a nod to that MF Doom lyric, because it fits the story I wanted to tell."
