D.I.T.C. co-founder Diamond D has shared a snippet from an upcoming Busta Rhymes song that he produced. "New Busta Rhymes produced by yours truly for his album The Awakening dropping on 1/17/2025," he posted. "I've been working with Busta since 1998's Extinction Level Event and he's always been solid and great to work with. Honored to be a part of another forthcoming classic album."

In other Diamond D news, the "Sally Got A One Track Mind" producer and MC has released Diam Piece 3:Duo, the second part of his Diam Piece 3 installment. The project features Kid Capri, Sadat X, Nems, B-Real, Camp Lo, and more. "With recent album releases from Common, LL COOL J, Rapsody, Roc Marciano and Ghostface Killah, we know Boom-Bap Hip-Hop is alive and well," Diamond says.
