In 2014, the unit listed for $870K and closed for $930K.

In other Jay-Z news, his Shawn Carter Scholarship Fund (SCFS) recently celebrated twenty years. The program, which provides individual scholarships to institutions to cover tuition and related expenses, was started by Jay-Z and his mother D. Gloria Carter. They are now celebrating the SCSF's 20th year.
“The Shawn Carter Scholarship Fund has helped so many students across America achieve their goals of higher education,” said Dr. Carter. “We believe that education is the key to unlocking opportunity, and we’re proud to provide students with the resources they need to succeed.”
The SCSF has awarded scholarships to over 200 students across America every year for the past twenty years with awards in amounts of up to $7,500.
