Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is set to hit theaters on November 11, and the line-up for the soundtrack has just been released.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever – Music From and Inspired By soundtrack, produced by Ryan Coogler, Ludwig Göransson, Archie Davis and Dave Jordan features a slew of artists including Rihanna, E-40, Tems, Future, and more. Already, the lead single, Rihanna's "Lift Me Up" has hit a major marker, becoming the most-added song in U.S. radio history, and amassing the most ever single day spins and the largest ever single day audience.

A global effort, the soundtrack features over 40 international artists recorded in Lagos, Nigeria, Mexico City, London and Los Angeles. Coogler, the director of the anticipated film, was heavily involved in the soundtrack's creation. He co-wrote lyrics on Rihanna's "Lift Me Up” and also suggested the cover of Bob Marley’s “No Woman, No Cry” performed by Nigerian singer/songwriter Tems, which was bridged together with Kendrick Lamar’s “Alright” for the film’s first trailer.

"Ryan and I talked about the importance of creating an immersive journey of sound and voice," Göransson said in a press release. "If we used a song in the film, we wanted it to be the entire song, and to be connected to the story. Thematically, we wanted to move the audience from grief to celebration. When you listen to the soundtrack, you can close your eyes and relive the experience of the movie. That was the intention.”

In an attempt to keep the music authentic, Göransson worked closely with music archeologist Alejandro Rojas to explore and research Mayan music, and instruments native to both Nigerian and Mesoamerican cultures were featured in the soundtrack's creation.
