Arrested Development and Big Daddy Kane Release New Single "Vibe"

Published Mon, October 25, 2021 at 4:22 PM EDT

Atlanta supergroup Arrested Development is back with a new single featuring Rock The Bells icon Big Daddy Kane, Cleveland P Jones, and Tasha LaRae. “Vibe” is the first single from the group’s forthcoming studio album For the FKN Love, due for release in the near future.

Speech and Kane both deliver thoughtfully spirited verses over classic boom-bap production from UK beatmaker Configa and a soulful chorus from Cleveland P Jones and Tasha LaRae.

The song’s visuals are reminiscent of AD’s music videos from their 1992 singles “People Everyday” and “Tenessee,” from their debut album 3 Years, 5 Months and 2 Days in the Life Of…. The group rides tractors, horses, and kick it in the ranch in this feel-good music video.

Check out the new single and music video, and stay tuned for more news on Arrested Development and Big Daddy Kane.
