Sean "Diddy" Combs was arrested earlier today (9/16) in the lobby of a New York hotel according to a party with knowledge of the investigation. A statement from Combs' attorney Marc Agnifilo says, "We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney's office. Diddy is an imperfect perfect person but he is not a criminal."

It is unclear which charges he was arrested on, but there has been an influx of charges against the mogul, including a charge just last week alleging that Diddy drugged and raped a now incarcerated man at a party. In that case Diddy was ordered to pay $100 million to the Michigan inmate who made the claim.
