The stages are set for this year’s 50th anniversary of ABC’s holiday celebration Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin Eve with Ryan Seacrest. 

It has been announced that recent Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee LL COOL J will do a pre-midnight set in Times Square for the annual New Year’s Eve celebration. The Queens hip-hop legend will play a medley of some of his greatest hits, kicking off the New Year right with his timeless and classic catalog. 

Other performers include Daddy Yankee, Big Boi, Ciara, French Montana, Travis Barker, Journey, and many more. 

Ryan Seacrest will host the New Year’s Rockin Eve show for the 17th year in a row, joined by Pose alum Billy Porter, who will host his part of the show from New Orleans. 

ABC’s 50th annual Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest starts at 8 p.m. on December 31.
