"Scott was goin' at everybody, he didn't care; business was business," Kenny remembered. "In 1987, not long after 'The Bridge Is Over,' Scott recruited two brothers from the Bronx named Narkim and Akiem. One was an MC, and one was a human beatbox, and Scott took them in the studio and they recorded 'You Can't Win' [as The Brothers] and it came out on B-Boy records. It was a diss to Biz Markie."
Kenny revealed that the record didn't make much noise, but Biz did hear it. "Once I met Biz and we became friends, I asked him about the record," he said. "I asked if he heard the record with Narkim and Akiem and he said, 'Yeah I heard it, and I went to the studio and made an answer called 'Nobody Beats The Biz.'"
Kenny says that the record didn't cause any problems in the relationships between Biz, Scott, and the Parkers. Check out "You Can't Win" above.
