Katty Customs, sneaker customizer to the stars, is joining forces with Grammy-nominated producer Just Blaze for a new Uproxx show titled Fresh Pair. The show will combine celebrity interviews with the exciting world of sneaker customization. “With the custom work that she’s doing, its art in itself," Blaze told Edition magazine. "It’s not just about sneakers. It’s also about the art that goes into it.”

“Music artists have exclusive sneakers," Katty said. "They can go to Nike and get it in a different colorway, but this is different."

"Me and Just can bring something different, as far as getting a little bit more about their background and putting it on a shoe. It’ll be really special.”

"So basically, Hip-Hop and sneakers go hand-in-hand," Katty said of working with Just Blaze. "Celebrities always want to have shoes that are super exclusive. Having Just Blaze as a mentor, he's going to give me all those ideas and things that we could brainstorm and put on a shoe. So, it's really great to have him as a mentor."

The first episode of Fresh Pair debuted on Monday (April 11), and features The Game talking about his issues with Eminem and his desire to go lyrically one-on-one with Detroit superstar.

"I've always told myself that I'm the best rapper in the world," The Game said. "If not, how do you function in this competition? When I said what I said about Em, it was to challenge him, to challenge Hip-Hop and ignite a rap riot. Not a street fight, or let's pull out the straps, but let's rap."
