Dreamville artist JID has secured some heavyweights for his upcoming album, The Forever Story. Yasiin Bey formerly known as Mos Def appears on "Stars" along with the Canadian band BadBadNotGood. Lil Wayne and Kenny Mason are featured on "Just In Time," while JID's labelmates and EarthGang and Ari Lennox are featured on the album as well.

The J Cole-affiliated rapper represents his Atlanta hometown on "Surround Sound" with Baby Tate and 21 Savage. JID planned to use the recently released "2007" on The Forever Story, but he recently gave the song away on YouTube.

The Forever Story is executive produced by Christo and is scheduled for release on this Friday (8/26) on J Cole's Dreamville imprint via Interscope Records. JID previously released The Never Story in 2017 and DiCaprio 2 in 2018. Earlier this year, he received his biggest Hot 100 hit when "Enemy" peaked at # 5.
