Jay-Z Accused In A Civil Suit Of Raping A 13 Year Old With Diddy In 2000

Jay-Z has been accused in a civil suit of sexually abusing a 13 year old with Sean "Diddy" Combs in 2000. According to the suit, which was announced Sunday (12/8) the anonymous accuser, identified only as Jane Doe alleges that the assault occurred at an MTV Video Awards after party. The lawsuit was originally filed by Texas attorney Tony Buzbee in October with only Combs listed as a defendant.

Buzbee, who is representing more than 100 accusers was sued by an anonymous person, identified only as Jane Doe last month, for "Shamelessly attempting to extort exorbitant sums from him with the threat of litigation containing entirely fabricated and malicious allegations of sexual assault", according to USA Today.

Jay-Z issued a statement on Sunday denying the accusations. "These allegations are so heinous in nature that I implore you to file a criminal complaint, not a civil one," the statement read. "Whomever would commit such a crime against a minor should be locked away, would you not agree? These alleged victims would deserve real justice if that were the case."
