Daz Dillinger recently sat down with B High ATL and discussed everything from his musical legacy and hits with 2Pac, Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre to the state of R&B, to why he's happy to be paying property taxes instead of paying rent.
But one of the standout parts of the conversation was when he suggested he wanted to do a Verzuz with Dogg Pound and OutKast, since they're "fam" anyway.
"We've got 30 years worth of music," the Grammy-nominated rapper/producer emphasized, noting his and Kurupt's long catalogs consisting of solo and group projects. Plus, he added, he has the production side of things to throw into the mix as well. "It's a long catalog," Daz, who said he officially retired from rap earlier this year, said. "I like to separate my hit songs from the street songs."
