9th Wonder who has also taught at Harvard, Duke, Wake Forest, University of Virginia and North Carolina Central University is a Grammy award winning producer,DJ, lecturer and record executive who has worked with Mary J. Blige, Jay-Z, Drake, Destiny's Child, Kendrick Lamar and many others. He began his career as a member of Little Brother and gained critical acclaim for their 2003 debut album The Listening.
9th started his imprint Jamla Records in 2010 in Raleigh, N.C. and signed Grammy nominated N.C. rapper Rapsody. In 2010 he also joined the executive committee for Hip-Hop and Rap at the National Museum of African American History and Culture at the Smithsonian in Washington D.C.
